Snapshot Socials was created out of a genuine need. While working in the event industry and planning my own wedding, I realized that so many of the beautiful, luxury-style touches were geared toward people with higher incomes. That didn't sit right with me. Every bride deserves gorgeous, intentional moments — no matter their budget.
So I put my knowledge, skill set, and love for flea-market vintage finds to good use, and Snapshot Socials was born.
We are a boutique event-rental and photo experience company specializing in affordable, vintage-inspired décor.

Hi, I'm Rachel — the owner and creator behind Snapshot Socials. I was born in California, but lowa is my home. I'm a mom, & fiancé to an amazing man currently stationed in the Middle East. I am someone who believes deeply in the power of capturing life's most meaningful moments, without breaking the bank.
My background includes years of experience working weddings, private events, and corporate functions across lowa. I've managed teams, coordinated events, and worked closely with venues - which means I understand the behind-the-scenes flow, timelines, communication, and professionalism required to make an event truly seamless
